Do we have to switch payroll providers?
No. Volca calculates and audits payroll, then exports a validated file to the payroll system you already use, including providers such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Gusto, and QuickBooks.
Will our pay plan need to change?
Usually no. Volca is designed to encode layered plans, including GP-margin commissions, tiered bands, pricebook spiffs, helper splits, callback deductions, hourly pay, overtime, and role logic.
How do employees view their pay?
Employees receive an itemized report showing the jobs, hours, commissions, spiffs, deductions, and source logic behind the check. They can approve or dispute before payroll runs.
